I had a couple of packages delivered over the last few days and the new parcel pending system didn't send me a notification for either, and without the code in the notification, you're unable to access the system any other way to retrieve your packages. I spoke with Mary Jo over the last few days and today she took time out of her day to help me get two of the three (the other one wasn't delivered by Amazon, so we have no picture of the locker it's in). I didn't realize that accessing the lockers without a code on her end actually meant doing some physical labor! But I appreciated that she was able to help me get 2/3 of the packages since I've been waiting for days to get them. Thank you, Mary Jo!

It’s a struggle to find a good place nowadays, and Tiffany took the time to make the whole process of moving in smooth and stress-free for me. The folks here in Butterfield are very responsive, helpful, and understanding. The location is great and quite affordable relatively. Only issue is the finite amount of 1 bedroom apartments, which should tell how well they treat their tenants.

Great community to live in. Rooms are super spacious. I have 2 full bathrooms which is a must, now a days most house rentals or even other apartment complex only have 1 or 1 and a 1/2 bathroom. Office personnel are great especially Paul. Tyrone and Lisa are also a joy to speak too. Always willing to help.

I just moved in to Park Butterfield and I could not be more pleased with how the complex is ran and how my individual apartment is so nice! Tiffany Crawley is the one you want to speak to if you're interested in moving here. She is super professional, has amazing customer service, and is clearly resident centered. 10/10 would recommend.

I love this apartment. It's an old building so things happen, but when they do it's always taken care of quickly. It's so well insulated, we barely use the heat in the winter and it'll stay cool when we turn off the A/C. Outside noise is blocked off. Not that it would be an issue because the neighbors are all pretty quiet. And bugs are not an issue, besides the random spider or two. Above all, management is great.

Wonderful leasing options for students! Very accommodating with move in and move out dates. The leasing staff were quick to get back to me with questions. Mr. Paul Thompson has made the entire leasing process painless. My only regret is that I wish I had known about this place when I first moved into the area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for students who do not want to necessarily live in student housing!

Upon moving here, I was skeptical based on my pass experiences but as time went by, this complex is great! I’ve had run ins with a few situations and my issues were always resolved. The team here does a great job, especially Paul and Jared! Not once have they just turned their backs to my concerns but rather did their best to make sure the issue was solved! Would recommend!

Updating my review from 3 star to 5 star. Recently the service provided by leasing office has been improved greatly! Previously it was not so good but now things have changed. Leasing office conducts multiple events and raffle competitions which is really exciting.

Park Butterfield Apartments is a wonder place to call home. I have been living here just over 2 years. The staff and maintenance team are very caring and courteous to residents. The location is close to many shops, golf courses, parks, and the train station.

From the beginning of my application until my move in date the service was just simply lovely. When I did the walk through for my studio I was simply speechless.It's all that and some.😀😍☺

I have had a fantastic experience living here the past year. The grounds are clean and well kept, and the staff has been nothing but pleasant to work with (Jared has been especially helpful). I never had any issues with pests, there is plenty of lighting in the parking lots, frequent fliers are put up about any construction or announcements, and maintenance is prompt. The clubhouse offers easy, secure pickup for packages, a pool, and a modest fitness center with plenty of treadmills. I would be quick to recommend this complex to anyone. Thanks guys!

I was there for almost 4 years . The TLC management and process was good and also provides you the prompt service in case of any maintenance or kind of issues with respect to the apartment unit. They always have frequent promotions and referrals for the new residents. Please check out before you visit. Moreover, Great Neighborhood , top schools , malls , grocery store and restaurants are near by. Overall i felt very happy to stay in park Butterfield apartments. I Hope future residents may love it.

I have been staying in the apartments for the last 6 years in the same unit. It is a good place to rent with decent sized apartment. I like the bedrooms are bigger than the other communities near by.

My wife and I have rented for 3 yrs here and have never had a problem. The management staff was always attentive to all requests and questions that I’ve needed answered while living here. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone, as it is super comparable for pricing and the amenities that come along with. Glad that a company finally came in and improved the place!!

I moved in to park butterfield in June of this year and there isn’t much to complain about on my end. It’s quiet, location is pretty good, AND ITS DOG FRIENDLY. There is no weigh restrictions so my big loving good boy and I could find a place to live without any ridiculous hoops to jump through. Taylor, one of the office managers is super friendly and helpful whenever I have a question. Only downside I can really say is the odor in the hallways. My apartment smells Fine, it’s only in the hallway.

Good apartment to stay for schools and for commute..

Park butterflied is a great place to raise your kids as well as nice apts, i never have any issues,. A pet friendly place, my Daughter loves the pool park and kids around.

Guni was very friendly and pleasant . She took the time to explain and answer my questions. Wasn't happy with the past manager and staff ,but Guni seems more real.

It is really a great and peaceful place to live. Everything is good till now.

Maintenance is very quick for high priority issues.

I am moving out this place by end of this month ( Oct -2018 ) But I want share my good experience over here . This place is really good and New management is very much responsive . I lived here for almost 1.5 year and I never faced any issue . If my job was not changing I would have continued here . I would really recommend park butterfield Apt .

I’ve been here for a year now and I’ve had a great experience overall. MANAGEMENT IS AWESOME! They listen to all you concerns and act on them immediately. Maintenance is 24 hours and they get things done!

I've lived here for a almost 5 years and really like it. Its an older building but they do a good job with maintenance.A great living community that feels like home. I have really enjoyed living here. The experience has been great! The staff has been very helpful specially property manager Ed. It was pleasant and easy transitioning when I moved and when I moved out.

Thank god!!! they kicked out the old management especially the ex-manager avani shah...she was a disgrace and total disaster , so was her staff before.. TLC sent new management Ed and his team are totally blessing to this community. They are extremely helpful and cooperative. Please continue good work and god bless u guys.! Try to keep Avani shah off this property and surroundings , LOL

The new management company has done a nice job updating the hallways with fresh paint, carpeting and lighting fixtures. They replaced roofing on the buildings, as well as adding picnic tables, benches and dog runs. The staff is very nice and helpful if you have questions. The only issue is parking lot drainage on some streets. Otherwise, it’s a nice, diverse community near every store you can think of and great restaurant options.

My wife and I actually enjoy living here. All of the complaints raised in this review section my wife and I have not experienced. Whenever we call the front office (or they call us), they are friendly and helpful. Even when they were calling regarding a complaint about our barking dogs, they were so friendly. Sure, the apartments aren't penthouses, but they are also the cheapest housing we could find anywhere around. Regardless, we are actually quite happy with what we are getting for what we are paying. The only problems we have had have been with other residents (all minor annoyances like leaving clothes in the dryer for two hours); none of it has to do with the management of this apartment complex. My wife and I agree that most if not all of the negative reviews here are the result of one incident, and were likely written out of vengeance. Keep in mind that you never get the full story on a Google review! My wife and I recommend this place. The only reason I don't give it the full five stars is because, like all places, there is room for improvement! This is a great place to live, though.
